What do we use cookies for?
(I)Improve user experience
We use cookies to record your personalized settings in the App, such as your preferred operating habits. You don't need to reset them the next time you open the App. The system can quickly load your accustomed settings based on Cookie information, providing you with a more convenient and smooth experience.
(II)Optimize service performance
By collecting your behavioral data during the use of the App through Cookies, such as the pages you visit, the functions you use, and the time you stay, we can analyze the user's usage habits and preferences. Based on this data, we can understand which functions are popular with users and which pages have problems such as slow loading, so as to optimize the App functions and improve the page layout in a targeted manner, improve the overall performance and stability of the service, and provide you with better pdf management services.

Our rights under the GDPR
The Company always regards protecting the confidentiality of users' personal data as an important responsibility, strictly follows the relevant provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and strives to ensure that you can fully exercise your personal data rights.
(I) Request access to personal data
When you are located in the European Union, you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you at any time in accordance with the rights granted by law. This data covers all personal information, location information, device information, and usage information collected by us during your use of All Document Mentor. You can exercise this right conveniently in the following two ways:
l Self-operation: As long as conditions permit, you can directly enter the "Personal Information Management" account settings section in the App, where you can clearly view all types of information we store about you.
l Assistance request: If you are unable to access your personal data through account settings for some reason, such as interface anomalies or operational questions, you can contact us at any time through the contact email address we provide at [email protected]. Our professional customer service team will assist you in completing the access operation of your personal data upon receiving your request, and provide you with a copy of your personal data held by us in a format that is easy to view and save.
(II) Request correction of personal data
If you find that the personal information we hold about you is incomplete or inaccurate, such as a spelling error in your registered name, a failure to update your mobile phone number change in a timely manner, or a deviation in your location information, you have the right to request us to make corrections.
You can also directly modify the editable information through the above account settings interface; for content that cannot be directly modified, such as system records or encrypted stored data, you only need to submit a correction application to us, stating the specific content and reasons that need to be corrected. After we receive the application, we will immediately initiate the internal verification process and feedback the processing results to you. If the information is confirmed to be incorrect, we will correct it in a timely manner and ensure that the relevant data is updated synchronously in all related systems.
(III) Objection to processing of personal data
l Objection to processing based on legitimate interests: When we rely on legitimate interests as the legal basis for processing your personal data, and you believe that our processing behavior affects your rights and interests based on your specific circumstances and hope to object to our data processing on this basis, you have this right. For example, we may collect and analyze your device information and usage habit data based on the legitimate interests of improving service quality and user experience, but if you believe that this infringes on your privacy rights, you can object.
l Objection to processing for direct marketing purposes: If we use your personal data for direct marketing purposes, such as pushing commercial advertisements, promotional information, etc. to you, you have the right to object unconditionally. You can reply to the unsubscribe link in the relevant marketing email, or turn off the relevant marketing push option in the "Message Notification" setting in the App, or you can contact us directly to request to stop data processing for direct marketing purposes. After we receive your objection request, we will immediately stop the relevant data processing activities and ensure that such marketing information is no longer sent to you.
(IV) Request to delete personal data
Under certain conditions, when we have no sufficient and reasonable reasons to continue to process your personal data, you have the right to request us to delete or remove this data. For example, when you cancel your All Document Mentor account, we will delete all personal information associated with that account; or if you find that the information we collected violates this Privacy Policy or is no longer necessary for the original purpose of collection, you can make a deletion request to us.
After receiving the request, we will evaluate the request. If it meets the deletion conditions, we will complete the data deletion operation as soon as possible and ensure that the relevant data traces are completely removed from our system. However, please note that some data may not be deleted immediately due to legal requirements or system backup mechanisms. We will complete the processing as soon as possible within the scope permitted by law and explain the situation to you.
(V) Request to transfer personal data
You have the right to request that we provide your personal information to you or a third party of your choice in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. This right only applies in two situations: one is the automated information that you initially explicitly consented to us using; the other is that we use this information to perform a contract with you. We will complete the request as soon as possible after receiving it and transfer the data you specify to the legal third-party platform you provide in accordance with common data transfer standards, and notify you after the transfer is completed.
(VI) Withdraw your consent
You have complete autonomy and can withdraw your consent to the use of your personal data at any time. For example, you initially agreed to us obtaining health data to provide personalized pdf management services, but later wanted to withdraw this consent for privacy reasons. You can turn off health data authorization through the system settings of your phone or the permission management function in the App.
(VII) Exercise your GDPR data protection rights
If you wish to exercise the above rights of access, correction, cancellation and opposition, you can contact us in the following ways:
Email contact: Send an email to [email protected], and explain in detail your request, your account information (if any) and related needs in the email.
In order to protect the security of your personal information and prevent others from impersonating you to make requests, we may require you to verify your identity before responding to your request. Verification methods include but are not limited to sending a verification code to your registered mobile phone number or email address, answering security questions set during registration, etc. We promise that after receiving your valid request, we will strictly follow the internal processing procedures, respond to you as soon as possible, and properly handle your request.
In addition, if you believe that our collection and use of your personal data violates the relevant provisions of the GDPR and damages your legitimate rights and interests, you have the right to complain to the data protection agency. If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you can contact the local data protection agency in the EEA country or region to learn about the specific complaint process, required materials, and subsequent processing methods, etc., to protect your own data protection rights.
(VIII) Mobile device related settings
Advertising personalization settings: Your mobile device provides you with the ability to choose whether to use application-related information to receive advertisements that match your interests:
l Android devices: You can select the "Opt out of interest-based ads" or "Opt out of ad personalization" feature in the "Settings - Privacy - Ads" option of your device. After turning on this feature, we will not be able to push personalized ads to you based on your personal data, but you may still see some generic advertising content.
l Location information settings: You can also control the collection of location information by changing the preferences on your mobile device. On Android devices, you can go to "Settings - Location" and choose to turn off location services, or turn on location permissions only when using All Document Mentor.
How long do we retain it?
We process your personal information for the minimum necessary period. This means that we retain your personal information only for the period necessary to achieve specific, clear and legitimate purposes. The specific retention period depends on a variety of factors, including:
(I) Service provision and operation needs
We will retain your information for the period required to continue to provide you with services, maintain your account, support your use of product features, and conduct necessary business operations (such as billing, customer service, system security and stability maintenance).
This includes data analysis required for product development, improvement and optimization of user experience.
(II) Fulfillment of legal obligations
We will retain your information as required by relevant laws and regulations, tax requirements, industry regulatory requirements or court orders. These legal obligations may specify specific retention periods.
Retaining such information is a necessary condition for complying with our legal obligations.
(III) Dispute resolution and agreement enforcement
We may need to retain relevant information to establish, exercise or defend our legitimate rights and interests (for example, in the event of a contract dispute, legal proceedings, arbitration, government investigation or enforcement of our terms of service, acceptable use policy and other agreements). The retention period will depend on the time it takes to resolve the dispute or legal proceedings.
This helps us protect the legitimate rights and interests of ourselves and other users.
(IV) Anonymized or de-identified information
When your personal information is processed by anonymization or de-identification technology so that it can no longer reasonably identify your personal identity (for example, by removing all direct identifiers and aggregating data sets to ensure that it cannot be re-associated with a specific individual by any reasonable means), such information will no longer be considered "personal information".
For such anonymized/aggregated data that cannot identify individuals, we may retain it indefinitely and mainly use it for long-term trend analysis, product development, market research or to improve our services. The retention and use of such data is not subject to the restrictions on the retention period of personal information in this Privacy Policy.
Our Commitment to Safety
We are committed to protecting the security of your personal information and have established and implemented a series of comprehensive protection measures. These measures include physical security (such as access control to data centers and facilities), electronic security (including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, encryption technology, etc.) and strict management procedures (such as access rights management, employee training and internal audit processes).
However, it should be made clear that despite these reasonable protection measures, no system or Internet transmission is absolutely secure. Therefore, we cannot make any form of guarantee or commitment to you to ensure that your communications with the Service will never be illegally intercepted (such as by hacker attacks, malware or network monitoring), nor can we guarantee that data stored in our systems or transmissions will never be illegally accessed, disclosed, stolen or destroyed by unauthorized third parties.
In view of the inherent security risks of the Internet and the limitations of technical means, you understand and agree that any information transmission or data storage activities conducted through the Service are inherently risky. You will bear the corresponding risks and responsibilities for any information leakage, loss or damage caused by security incidents beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to the aforementioned illegal interception or illegal access).
What is our children's privacy policy?
All Document Mentor always regards the security and privacy protection of teenagers' Internet use as its core responsibility, strictly abides by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other laws and regulations, and comprehensively protects the personal information security of young users through systematic technical protection, standardized management processes and transparent communication mechanisms.
We clearly use 13 years old (if local laws stipulate a lower age standard, it will be implemented accordingly) as the standard for defining child users, and strictly implement the "zero active collection" principle. We will not intentionally collect personal data from children under the age of 13. We believe that children should obtain the consent of their parents or guardians before providing any personal data. If you find that we have collected children's personal data without parental consent, please notify us immediately by email. We will continue to strengthen our ability to protect the privacy of young people, fulfill our social responsibilities with practical actions, and create a safe and healthy Internet environment for young people.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page before it takes effect. For major changes, we will notify you through more prominent means such as website announcements, application notifications or emails. Your continued use of our services after this policy is updated will constitute your consent to the updated policy. We recommend that you review this policy regularly to understand how we protect your information.
